Molière The Urban Opera is a musical show of a new genre that brings together singers, slammers, rappers, dancers, actors and musicians on stage in sets and costumes from the 17th century.
The show tells the story of a man who renounces the material comfort and prestige of the King’s Tapestry to create a theatre company alongside the woman he loves.
But the road to success will be very long and there will be many obstacles. Molière will become a free author who will revolutionize the writing of comedy.
He will pay dearly for his freedom by confronting the hypocrisy of society, the adversity of his competitors and the hatred of devotees.
